We moved to CT a few years ago & we haven't found a groomer that can meet even basic techniques for our 2-paw pals.

We're back in the area for a short stint. So, we making an appt right away even though we're still an hour away.

I was taking my baby Mia (miniature black Poodle) to another local groomer for a few years. She was always anxious (heavy breathing and heart racing). I decided to try K-9 Design by Kellie and OMG, Mia is much more relaxed when we go. Kellie does a great job on her cut and Mia always looks adorable. Thank you Kellie for making Mia feel so relaxed!

Kellie is not only an artist but truly cares about her canine clients. Our miniature poodle always comes away looking like “best in show;” but one time Kellie discovered an ear infection that we didn’t know about. Our Vet’s advice: “Keep that groomer!”

Our 2 furbabies went to Kellie for the 1st time today and came home looking & smelling GR8! She gave our papillon the most adorable haircut...we can;t look at him without smiling! We will be taking our pups to Kellie from now on!

Kellie does such a wonderful job cutting Mocha's hair. My Vet says that is refreshing to see that someone knows how to cut a Cocker Spaniel properly. She also commented on Mocha's ears always being clean and complimented Kellie and Jeff because a lot of groomers do not go the extra mile! Top Notch Service!

My girlfriend and I just moved to Florida about a week ago with a bunny and a Chihuahua. The Chihuahua came from an abusive home and has never got a grooming in her life. That was one of the many things that we wanted to get done for her asap. As soon as I saw Kelly's reviews we immediately booked an appointment and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Kellie did it again!!! I had such great results for my little dog last week, I brought in my other dog this week. The results (again) were nothing less than fantastic. Amazing! I’ve tried several groomers in the area. They were all ok, some better than others, but nothing great. Tried Kellie’s services thinking the result would be about the same...it wasn’t....in fact, it was nothing less than a great experience for me and my little dog. I was beyond impressed at Kellie’s skill, knowledge, and confidence. She listened and asked questions, making sure about each detail of the cut I requested. My 1st grooming experience today. Brought my newly adopted Mini Poodle to Kellie for some shaping. She made sure she asked me questions on how I wanted my dog to look, paws, ears, length,etc... And was very patient answering all my first-time dog-mom questions. Great experience!

I brought my moms dog in today for the first time at k-9 design groomer by kellie. With so many bad experiences with groomers it was a breathe of fresh air when we had Bella groomed by kellie! She did an amazing job, And literally over exceeded our expectations. Definitely coming back to have her groomed here.

I was passing by through Lake Mary, on my way to Orlando and decided to make a pitstop at Kellie's for my dogs monthly groom. I own a beagle, who really loves getting her fur done. When we went in, my dog was so calm that it was very surprising to see her like that. Not only are the people who work there nice, but the shop looked very clean as well. So I had decided to purchase the Ruby package (which I highly recommend because it is the best bang for your buck), basically its a full groom. My little Leah was treated with a lot of care, and didn't make a sound. She looked anxious, but yet again she has a quirky nature! Kellie was such an amazing person to meet, she even has amazing grooming capabilities. A true master groomer, that's for sure. My beagle looked amazing afterwards, very tidy and clean. So beautiful, with her paws nicely kempt! I put on her little bow, and we were off to Orlando. Overall it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend anyone who owns a dog in the Orlando area to stop by Kellie's and give your little buddy a special treat that they deserve!

Best Groomers! We have two Schnauzer's, and they look great! I know she does a great job, because my dogs always get excited when we get there, so I know they treat them with love!

I stopped by to talk to Kelly about grooming two Cairn/Maltese doggies. She took them that same day. The shop was clean, no bad odors at all. The dogs looked great and didn't seem stressed like they are sometimes after a clipping. Kelly was very professional and has some good ideas for her shop. Definitely go here if you are looking for someone with experience. We will be back!
